What a great experience. I screwed up and didn't apply our custom names to the print, I placed 1 phone call to them and admitted to my error. I don’t normally do reviews but these people deserve one. Customer service was great. The first one came damaged so they immediately sent me another one and that one also came damaged so they again immediately sent out another one that arrived perfectly this time. But they assured me if this one didn’t arrive in good condition they would reimburse us a full refund. This was an anniversary gift to us for our 18th anniversary and my husband really liked it as it was our wedding song.
